The retreat has all new, completely updated heating and cooling, flooring, Smart TV's, lighting and all new furniture. Welcome: the retreat can host up to 11 guests! Enjoy the large open concept living room with expansive bay window and comfortable furniture-a great space to relax! Enjoy ambiance from the electric LED fire place that really generates heat! The dining room and kitchen island seating makes the space perfect for connecting together! Bedroom 1: The primary bedroom has a King size bed with Zinus memory foam mattress and side tables with USB charging ports and lamps. Sliding glass door access to the patio and hot tub area, a walk in closet, en suite bathroom with a large shower and a work space with ergonomic chair. Bedroom 2: a Queen bed with Zinus memory foam mattress, side tables with USB charging ports , full length mirror and large closet, as well as luggage racks and accent table. Bedroom 3: a Queen bed with Zinus memory foam mattress, side tables with USB charging ports, and lamps. Luggage racks and closet for storage. This room is equipped for an infant, including a pack-n play with bedding and glider rocking chair. Bathrooms: both full baths are stocked with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, a hair dryer, cotton pads, Q-tips, makeup removing wipes and tooth brushes. *New LED lit mirrors provide excellent lighting for makeup application. Bed-room 4 and Game Room: this space has both a sleeping area and entertainment space with an adult size Twin over Queen bunk bed set and a sectional couch with a full-size sleeper sofa. This area features LED and neon lights, a Pac-man arcade machine, foosball table, Nintendo legacy with vintage controllers, a pub table and chairs, and many games to choose from for all ages. The ping pong table is located in the nearby garage space. The Lower level area has a half bath and laundry room, high chairs and extra bedding, detergent and dryer sheets provided! Fireplaces and Closets: There are 2 beautiful electric fireplaces, one in each living room. Ample closet space in each bedroom, hangers provided. A walk-in closet in the primary bedroom also has an iron and ironing board, extra towels and a hamper. Coat racks and hooks are located throughout the home. Chef’s Kitchen: an impressive kitchen with high-end appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, bake ware, magic bullet blender, hand-mixer, crock pot, mixing bowls, serving trays, condiments, spices and seasonings, spray, oils and vinegars, sugar, and flour. Everything for the chef in the family! Coffee: this area features a Nespresso espresso machine, Aeroccino milk steamer and frother, Keurig Duo drip and K-cup coffee machine, coffee grinder with whole bean, ground coffee, K-cups and espresso pods provided! Cream, sugar packets, assorted teas, hot cocoa, and instant oatmeal too! Bar: A wine fridge and bar area with shaker set and assorted cocktail glassware. Wine keys and bottle openers too! everything you need in the kitchen to feel right at home. Patio: A sprawling party deck, lighting, and two acres of yard to spread out and enjoy! Featuring a grill and dining area, plenty of yard games: corn-hole, Croquet set, and badminton for 6 players. A large firepit area with dry wood and Duraflame log provided. Adirondack chairs and roasting sticks make for a perfect night with s'mores! Unwind in the new 7-person hot tub (always sanitized and well-cleaned), or relax on the cushioned sectional and sun loungers! Play your favorite mix with the bluetooth stereo speaker system and enjoy! Beach: There is a nearby beach with beautifully clear water and sandy bottom just a 1/2 mile from the home! We provide beach chairs, a cooler, a 4x8 swim mat, body boards and sand toys for your use. Walloon Lake is a gorgeous place to swim, kayak, or rent a pontoon! The fishing is also great year round! Ask us for recommendations on boat rentals in the area!

The home is a half-mile from Walloon Lake beach and boat launch. Walloon Lake is a true hidden gem, and our favorite lake for crystal clear blue water, sandy bottom and peaceful setting. Ask us about where to rent kayaks or pontoons! The home is a 5 minute drive to Petoskey. 14 minutes to Boyne Mountain for year round fun! Skiing, golf, the Sky Bridge, and Avalanche Bay indoor water park. 20 minutes to Nubs Nob and The Highlands-both excellent for skiing and snow sports. The highlands has a variety of winter activities for everyone in the family. 50 minutes to Mackinaw City-and on to the Island-such a unique and picturesque experience reminiscent of an earlier time in history and slower pace. Bring your bike, buy some fudge and take it all in. 20 minutes to Harbor Springs- quaint and friendly downtown, gorgeous views of the harbor, sit right by the water for a picnic! 25 minutes to Charlevoix-bustling in the summer, beautiful inlet and pier out to Lake Michigan. 1-mile to Boyne Valley Vinyards and Mackinaw Trail winery-two of our favorite wineries in the area in a beautiful setting.
